We also use defined measures for meat quality to meet the varying needs of pork consumers in the global marketplace.

PIC's meat scientists are integrated into our genetic development program and simultaneously provide in-plant and in-system support on a range of topics from animal handling to yield and quality optimization. This diversity of knowledge and experience helps us have a tight improvement loop from product development through our integrated technical services initiatives to the final production of a great quality product.
