
San Pablo City, Laguna — October 16, 2025 — PIC Philippines and 3J Corporation have officially signed a new contract to launch Phase 3 of their multiplier unit expansion, marking another milestone in their 26-year strategic partnership built on trust, shared success, and continuous growth.
The signing ceremony, held in San Pablo City, Laguna, formalized 3J Corporation’s commitment to add 1,250 sows to its existing operations, bringing its total capacity to 2,700 sows and 150 boars dedicated to PIC swine genetics. This expansion strengthens 3J’s role as a key contributor to PIC’s mission of advancing swine genetics and production efficiency in the Philippines.
In addition to the expansion, 3J Corporation announced its decision to transition to solar energy, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable farming practices. This move aligns with global efforts to shift toward renewable energy and carbon footprint reduction and highlights 3J’s leadership in adopting environmentally responsible solutions in agriculture.
“This partnership has stood the test of time,” said Janice Mauricio, PIC’s SEA Regional Logistics and Supply Chain manager. “For over two decades, PIC and 3J have worked hand-in-hand to elevate swine production standards.
